Your Liberatory Leadership Blueprint: a grounded framework for decision-making and action, rooted in land and consent
Advanced consent frameworks: move beyond ’yes & no’ to nuanced, systemic application in your work and community
Detailed infrastructure plans: practical strategies for growing material & social resource flow, mutual aid, and funding models that subvert colonial-capitalist logic
A sovereign cohort: built-in collaboration with a committed community of practitioners, story–keepers, revolutionaries, and culture-shapers
8 full weeks of partnership with your course facilitators, Stephanie & ‘Ihilani, who hold a combined 40 years of experience in grassroots organizing, collaborative resource management, and community care project leadership

Stephanie Keiko Kong is a 5th-generation descendant of Japanese and Chinese settlers to Hawaiʻi, born and raised in Wahiawā, Oʻahu. A coach and strategist for BIPOC/femme/queer voices, Stephanie leverages 22+ years across theatre, curriculum design, classroom teaching, and bodywork to help clients dismantle systemic bias through radical public speaking and content creation. Her praxis is rooted in ancestral memory and centers Indigenous leadership.

‘Ihilani Cho is a Kanaka ‘Ōiwi consent educator, theatre director, and Lomilomi practitioner from the ʻĀina Wela of Honouliuli in the illegally occupied Kingdom of Hawaiʻi. ‘Ihilani founded SacredConsent to restore consent as an ancestral, land-based framework for liberation — a direct antidote to capitalism and colonization. Her work emerges from the integrative practice of Lomilomi and a lifelong dedication to amplifying diverse voices and honoring the intrinsic sacredness in all beings.

Together, Steph & ‘Ihi weave complementary lineages of settler descendant and Kanaka ‘Ōiwi wisdom into a unique container for regenerative leadership. They unite strategic dismantling with ancestral reclamation, creating a bridge where decolonization meets re-Indigenization. They facilitate from a place of deep rigor, cultural responsibility, and embodied knowledge: new systems are built not from critique alone, but from collaboration across difference.

What's inside the 8-week intensive?
Weekly Teaching Calls (The "Class")
Each week, we gather live for a deep dive into that week’s content. These sessions are where we build the shared intellectual and cosmological foundation, exploring the "why" and the "what" of liberatory leadership. All sessions are recorded and uploaded to your personal course portal within 24 hours.
The Core Textbook & Weekly Units
You’ll receive a digital textbook, with each chapter mapping to one week of our training journey. Each unit leads directly to practical application: core concepts, reflective prompts, and -most importantly- practicum assignments to apply our learning directly to your real-life projects, relationships, and community work.
Weekly Embodiment Sessions
Ideological expansion must be anchored in the physical body. Each week includes a guided audio session (meditation, visualization, somatic integration, or hypnosis) designed for capacity-building. This is where we metabolize the work, regulate our nervous systems, and build the resilience required to hold this new paradigm.
Weekly Office Hours (Live Q&A)
Bring your questions, stumbling blocks, and insights. These dedicated calls are for clarifying the material, troubleshooting applications, and receiving direct, personalized coaching from both facilitators in real time.
The Private Community (Asynchronous Coaching Hub)
Can’t make a live call? Time zones unfavorable? The private Facebook group is our always-at-your-fingertips home base. Here, you can discuss coursework, share resources, and receive asynchronous coaching from Stephanie and ‘Ihilani. This ensures no one is left behind and the cohort wisdom is tended and shared.
Your Sovereign Cohort
You are not doing this alone. You’ll be building alongside a dedicated community of practitioners, revolutionaries, and culture-shapers. This built-in network of peers is for collaboration, mutual support, and mirroring the very principles we teach.
Each week of training includes 2 live calls, 90 min each, to be scheduled between 10am and 4pm Pacific (US) at times that best fit the needs of our collective.
At our course midpoint, we will take a break from live calls for a week of integration.
